GreenStreme™ is a new green technology company with a Waste To Resource story - an organic fertilizer produced from fresh fish trimmings, turned into a stable liquid with the common attributes of a chemical-based fertilizer (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) PLUS important micronutrients including zinc, iron, manganese, molybdenum, copper and boron.
GreenStreme™ manufactures an organic specialty fertilizer derived from fresh Rainbow Trout processing using a patented cold hydrolysis technology.
Our technology creates a nutrient rich fertilizer alternative without the offensive smell common to competitive products and answers the call for sustainable (organic) agriculture.
Our patented production method uses a cold hydrolysis process that retains the oil soluble nutrients excluded from traditional fish emulsion processes, and contains essential oils, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes and amino acids, that feed important soil organisms and are taken up more easily by the plant roots.
The nitrogen and other nutrients are chelated, making them readily available for plant consumption. Another advantage of the hydrolysis process is that it does not involve high temperatures. Consequently, the hydrolysate has very low odor as it does not contain decomposing proteins.
